Finally, here is an update of my list of publications.

Last year I tried to combine research with taking care of my child which was very demanding. I served as an elected Co – Chair of the Gordon Research Seminar and thanks to the great support of my family, I was able to travel to the US alone.

Year 2017 was exciting, because I started working on my own project and also learning how to collaborate with my colleagues. Most importantly, I got married and got the best Christmas present ever – my child.

2016 was a very busy year for me.  I attended interesting conferences in UK and in the US, finished my 2-year postdoc at École normal superieure in Paris and moved back to the Czech Republic in October. I started at J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague. Last, but not the least news, our project about theoretical modelling of non-aqueous biocatalysis has been granted by the Czech science foundation for the period 2017-2019.

After arrival from my first ACS meeting in Boston which was a great experience, I updated my current projects summary and uploaded several older posters and presentations into the Publication page.

After more than a half a year in Paris, I finally updated my research interests and also the list of publications.

Two articles about photoionization of nucleic acid components have been published recently and added to the list of publications. One of them appeared in JACS. Update of my research interests is still on the todo list.

I moved to Paris a month ago, just after finishing my Ph.D. Reconstruction of the pages about my projects will follow hopefully soon 🙂

The article about ion pairing in lithium salt solutions has been accepted to J. Phys. Chem. and added to Publication list. Experience section has been updated.

The article about peptide salt bridge stability has been accepted for J. Chem. Phys.
